Returns & Exchanges
Personalized items and custom orders are non-refundable.
Non- Personalized items are allowed exchanges within 7 days of receipt.
All exchanges will need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to being returned. We are not responsible for postage fees for returns and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanged items must be received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused with original packaging. Customer is responsible for new exchanged shipping charges.
Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced with exact items. Please take a photo of the damaged/defective item and email us so we can expedite the replacement process. For damaged item during carrier transit, we will use your photos to file a claim on your behalf.
